Cooking Apple Green
A lounge style update
Taking an older style tired lounge and revitalising it with new styled wood, a fresh natural ambience of green to emulate the tree lined avenue outside.
How we did it.
- Stripped out the old wallpaper and levelled all walls with plaster.
- Removed the ceiling plaster and replaced with thicker insulting chipboard.
- Removed and replaced radiators and skirting board
- Burnt off old paint on skirtings and painted it a creamy colour to enhance the green on the walls.
- The modern finish brings the room up to date while echoing its Victorian past.
From the image you can see a fine quality, new, yet traditional styled finish to blend in sympathetically with the original house style.
